Click Risorse ran its recruiting — job ads, CV screening, candidate pipeline, client relationships — almost entirely by hand, on Excel sheets. As the business grew, the model became hard to control and scale: scattered information, slow updates, little shared visibility over the consultants' work.
A tailored approach
We mapped the agency's real processes and services and turned them into a single, custom-built vertical portal. One ecosystem for four types of user — administration, consultants, client companies and candidates — each with separate, protected access and an experience matched to what they can and should do.
The solution
At its core is a centralised candidate database, paired with automations that remove repetitive work: publishing ads to third-party portals through API connections, automatic notifications about new searches and matching candidates, precise statistics, and a dedicated area where consultants interview potential candidates.
Vertical AI supporting the consultants
A vertical AI automatically reads and extracts data from CVs and documents and supports consultants in finding the best-fit profiles. Matching is a support tool, not an automatism: the decision always stays with people, while the AI speeds up repetitive tasks and surfaces relevant candidates.
